PerformZen orders are usually shipped on the same day they are received. Standard delivery times within the United States range from 3 to 5 days, with international orders between 7 to 14 days.
2 day shipping (continental US only): Within the continental US we do offer a 2 day delivery service, as long as your order is placed on our website before the 2PM EST cut-off time, so that your order can be processed and shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after the 2PM cut-off time will be processed and shipped out first thing on the next business day. Learn more about our expedited shipping options here.
For international orders: please note that customs processes in some countries can take 3-5 days, and is mostly out of our control as different countries have different systems and time frames — so please factor this into the shipping time calculations.
